Cooking Instructions
Defrost overnight in the refrigerator. Keep the packaging sealed while defrosting.
To cook on the stove: In Dutch oven or stockpot, heat oil over medium heat. Brown beef cubes on all sides in batches.
Browning your beef before simmering will give your stew a better flavour. When making stew, simmer slowly to maximize the flavour and tenderness. Heat your oven to 325°F or use a slow cooker.
