They spend their days roaming freely on lush green pastures during the spring, summer, and fall, and in the winter they’re fed hay.
The cattle are raised with no added hormones and are antibiotic-free. They are grass-fed for 2 years and are finished on mixed grains for 100 days to ensure that the meat is perfectly marbled and tender.
The cattle breeds are Hereford and Angus.
The cattle is hand-picked to meet our requirements.
Product is aged in a state-of-the-art production facility, then custom cut and vacuum packed.
Free-Run Chicken
The chickens are free-run and raised on farms in Harriston, Ontario.
Product is air chilled and grade A.
The chickens are able to freely move around outside or within a climate-controlled barn. Cages are not permitted and their environment ensures an ample amount of room to grow.
They’re given fresh water and fed a vegetarian diet of grains and minerals.
The chickens are free of added hormones and antibiotics.
The chicken breed is White Rock.
Pasture-Raised Pork
The pork is raised on Mennonite farms in Wallenstein, Ontario.
The pork breed is Duroc.
Duroc pigs are a heritage breed known for being leaner and extremely tender.
The pigs are free to roam as they choose, and are fed a diet of corn and soybean.
They’re free of added hormones and are antibiotic-free.
