Our meats are minimally processed with no artificial ingredients added. They are rich in protein, vitamins, and minerals that are essential for good health. Beef is packed with zinc, iron, and B vitamins. Chicken is high in protein and low in fat. Pork provides thiamine, selenium, zinc and many other nutrients. Lamb is a fantastic source of protein, omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin B12, and iron.
Proper cooking is key to enjoying the full flavor and nutritional benefits of our meats. Steak can be pan-seared or grilled to your desired doneness. Roasts only require salt, pepper and cooking to the perfect internal temperature. Chicken should be cooked to 165°F internally. Pork is safe to eat at 145°F with a 3 minute rest. Lamb leg roasts can cook low and slow until they are fall-off-the-bone tender.
