Delicious flaky batter coats these premium filet cuts. Our battered haddock filets are a source of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, and they have no added hydrogenated oil. They’re low in saturated fat and have no trans fat.

Ingredients: Haddock, Beer, Canola oil, Flour (wheat, corn), Toasted Wheat Crumbs, Water, Wheat starch, Modified corn starch, Sugars (maltodextrin, dextrin), Salt, Soy protein, Modified palm oil, Baking powder, Sodium phosphate, Modified cellulose, Guar flour, Annatto, Spices. Cooking Instructions

Keep frozen until ready to use. Do not refreeze if thawed.

To cook in the deep fryer: Immerse frozen filets in preheated 350°F (180°C) oil for about 6-7 minutes or until golden brown.

To cook in the oven: Place single layer of frozen filets on a greased baking pan. Cook in preheated 425°F (220°C) oven for 18-20 minutes. Turn once during cooking.
