To roast in the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F. Roast for 27 – 30 minutes.

To grill on the BBQ: Medium heat with lid down. Grill for 7 – 8 minutes per side.

To cook on the skillet: Medium-high heat in a pre-heated skillet. Cook for 6 – 7 minutes per side.

Internal temperature: 74°C (165°F).
