Defrost overnight in the refrigerator. Keep the packaging sealed while defrosting.
To cook in the oven: Heat oven to 400°F. Line 13×9 inch pan with foil and spray it with cooking spray. Bake meatballs uncovered 18 to 22 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F and the meatballs are no longer pink in the centre.
To cook in a skillet: Heat oil in a skillet on medium-high heat. When hot and the oil is shimmering, work in batches to add the meatballs and cook on all sides until fully browned through. Remove the meatballs from the pan with a slotted spoon.
Internal temperature: 71°C (160°F).
