Lean ground beef is a versatile family favourite! Use it to make homemade burgers, meatloaf, pasta sauce, tacos, and more. Our lean ground beef makes cooking a variety of protein-rich meals easy and healthy.

Ingredients: 100% ground beef, product of Ontario.

Each case includes: 18 packages of lean ground beef, 1 lb each. Our lean ground beef is vacuum-packed.

Cooking Instructions

Defrost overnight in the refrigerator. Keep the packaging sealed while defrosting.

To cook in a skillet: Cook ground beef in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat for 8 to 10 minutes, breaking into small chunks with cooking. Cook thoroughly, until browned throughout. Drain.

Internal temperature: 71°C (160°F).

Cooking tips: Lean ground beef can be cooked in the skillet or oven. It's great for tacos, Sheppard's pie, meat pies, casseroles, meatloaf, and more.
