Philly Beef Steak

Our Philly beef steaks are a sandwich staple! They’re made from thinly sliced sirloin steaks and work perfectly in your favourite lunch or dinner recipe. 

Ingredients: Beef (product of Ontario)

Each case includes: 32 packages, 4oz per pack, approx 4-6 shaved slices. Our Ontario Philly beef is vacuum-packed.

Cooking Instructions

Defrost overnight in the refrigerator. Keep the packaging sealed while defrosting.

To cook in a skillet: Cook beef in hot lightly oiled non-stick skillet using medium heat for about 1 minute per side, or until browned.

Internal temperature: 71°C (160°F)

Cooking tips: Philly beef steak is great sautéd or pan-fried. Enjoy in stir-fries, Philly beef steak sandwiches, pastas, and more.
