Cod Loins

These cod fillets offer a mild, clean taste that compliment any flavour profile. Cod loins are low in fat, free of saturated and trans fat, and are an excellent source of protein.

Ingredients: Cod fish loins

Each case includes: 40 cod loins, 4oz each. Our cod loins are vacuum-packed, 6 per pack.

Cooking Instructions

Do not refreeze if thawed.

To cook in the oven: Bake in a preheated oven 400°F for 10 - 12 minutes, or until cod flakes easily with a fork.

To cook in a skillet: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; cook the cod in the hot oil until the fish flakes easily with a fork, about 4 minutes per side.

To cook on the BBQ: Preheat the grill to medium high; grease the grate well. Evenly coat the cod with the olive oil and season all over with salt and pepper. Grill for 3 to 5 minutes per side or until marked and fish flakes easily.

Cook from frozen until a minimum internal temperature of 158°F is reached.
