Boneless Pork Loin Roast

Our boneless pork loin roast is easy to cook, tender, and delicious! Simply season your roast as desired, cook it in the oven, let it cool, then serve. Your family will think you spent all day in the kitchen cooking up a complicated recipe.

Ingredients: Pork, product of Ontario. 

Each case includes: 1 boneless pork loin roast, 3-4 lb average each.  Our pork roasts are vacuum-packed.

Cooking Instructions

Defrost overnight in the refrigerator. Keep the packaging sealed while defrosting.

To cook on the grill: Preheat BBQ to high for at least 10 minutes. Reduce to medium-high just before grilling. Cook the pork for 5 minutes on all sides. Cook for a total of 15 to 20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 68°C (155°F). Remove from heat and let rest under tinfoil for 5 minutes.

To cook in the oven: Roast at 190°C (375°F) for 25 to 30 minutes or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 71°C (160°F). Allow pork to rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Internal temperature: 71°C (160°F).
