Cooking Instructions

Defrost overnight in the refrigerator. Keep the packaging sealed while defrosting.

To roast in the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F. Roast for 35 to 45 minutes.

To grill on the BBQ: Medium heat with lid down. Grill for 7 – 10 minutes per side.

To cook on the skillet: Medium-high heat in a pre-heated skillet. Cook for 8 – 11 minutes per side..

Internal temperature: 74°C (165°F).
