Cooking Instructions

Defrost overnight in the refrigerator. Keep the packaging sealed while defrosting.

To roast in the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F. Roast for 30 minutes per pound (raw chicken, unstuffed) and 40 minutes per pound (raw chicken, stuffed).

To grill on the BBQ: Medium heat with lid down. Grill for 25 minutes per pound (raw chicken, unstuffed).
Internal temperature: 82°C (180°F).
