Boneless chicken breast is a popular cut of poultry that is versatile and easy to cook. It is a lean source of protein that can be used in a wide variety of dishes. Cooking Instructions

Defrost overnight in the refrigerator. Keep the packaging sealed while defrosting.

To roast in the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F. Roast for 35 minutes (5 oz portion) to 45 minutes (7 oz portion)

To grill on the BBQ: Set grill to medium heat with lid down. Grill for 9 minutes per side (5 oz portion) to 12 minutes per side (7 oz portion).

To cook on the skillet: Cook on medium-high heat in a pre-heated skillet. Cook for 8 minutes per side (5 oz portion) to 11 minutes per side (7 oz portion).

Internal temperature: 74°C (165°F).

Cooking tips: Boneless chicken breasts can be grilled or broiled, or cooked in an oven, stove top, or slow cooker. For extra flavour, marinate or stuff the chicken breasts before cooking or add toppings during or after cooking.
