Turkey Breast Roast

Perfect for family dinners and special occasions, our turkey breast roasts will stay moist, tender, and juicy.

Ingredients: Turkey, product of Ontario. 

Each case includes: 1 turkey breast roast, 3-4 lb each.  Our turkey breast roasts are vacuum-packed.

Cooking Instructions

Defrost overnight in the refrigerator. Keep the packaging sealed while defrosting.

To cook in the oven: Preheat oven to 325°F. Cook your turkey breast roast for 25 minutes per pound (approx. 75 - 90 min) or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F, as it will continue to cook as it rests outside of the oven.

Internal temperature: 82°C (180°F).

Cooking tips: Your turkey breast roast can be cooked in the oven or in a slow cooker. Rub with olive oil and season as desired, such as with garlic, salt and pepper, rosemary, sage, thyme, and other herbs.
