Chicken Fingers

Our chicken fingers are a classic family favourite everyone will love! 

Ingredients: Chicken breast fillets (product of Ontario, 100% white meat), water, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, spices. In a coating of: water, wheat flour, toasted wheat crumbs with spices. Extractive: vegetable oil (canola and/or sunflower seed),  (anti-dusting agent) modified corn starch, baking powder, palm oil, shortening, soy protein (with soy lecithin), canola oil, modified cellulose colour, modified milk ingredients. Browned in canola oil.

Each case includes: 70-80 chicken fingers. Our chicken fingers are quick-frozen.

 

Cooking Instructions

Keep frozen until ready to use.

To cook in the oven: Heat oven to 204°C (400°F) and cook for 20 to 25 minutes.

To cook in the deep fryer: Heat deep fryer to 177°C (350°F) and cook for 5.5 to 6.5 minutes.
