Ingredients: Chicken (product of Ontario). Air-chilled.
Each case includes: 64 chicken drumsticks and thighs (32 of each). Our chicken drumsticks and thighs are vacuum-packed (2 drumsticks per pack and 2 thighs per pack).
Cooking Instructions
Defrost overnight in the refrigerator. Keep the packaging sealed while defrosting.
To roast in the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F. Roast for 35 to 45 minutes.
To grill on the BBQ: Medium heat with lid down. Grill for 7 - 10 minutes per side.
To cook on the skillet: Medium-high heat in a pre-heated skillet. Cook for 8 - 11 minutes per side.
Internal temperature: 74°C (165°F).
