Cooking Instructions
Defrost overnight in the refrigerator. Keep the packaging sealed while defrosting.
To roast in the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F. Roast for 27 – 30 minutes.
To grill on the BBQ: Medium heat with lid down. Grill for 7 – 8 minutes per side.
To cook on the skillet: Medium-high heat in a pre-heated skillet. Cook for 6 – 7 minutes per side.
Internal temperature: 74°C (165°F).
Cooking tips: Chicken thighs can be grilled, roasted, baked, added to soups, and more. They’re juicy and will pick up the flavour of whatever spices and herbs you choose for seasoning or marinating.
