Lamb Chops

Lamb chops are dinnertime favourite around the holiday season (or any day of the year)! Our lamb chops are exceptionally tender and juicy.

Ingredients: Lamb, product of Ontario. 

Each case includes: 32 lamb chops, 4oz each.  Our lamb chops are vacuum-packed, 4 chops per pack.

Cooking Instructions

Defrost overnight in the refrigerator. Keep the packaging sealed while defrosting.

To cook in the skillet: Using medium-high heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet. Add your lamb chops and cook for 4 to 6 minutes, until a rich, brown crust forms on the bottom. Flip your lamb chops and continue to cook for another 4 to 6 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 63°C (145°F).

Internal temperatures: medium-rare: 63°C (145°F); medium: 71°C (160°F); well-done: 77°C (170°F).
