Defrost overnight in the refrigerator. Keep the packaging sealed while defrosting.
To cook on the grill: Grill the sausages over med-high direct heat (lid closed). Grill for 8 to 10 minutes, until browned and fully cooked. Turn 4 times while cooking.
To cook in the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F. Place the sausages evenly on a cooking sheet and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
To cook on the skillet: Cook on medium-high heat for 5 to 6 minutes, until browned. Turn often while cooking. Reduce the heat to medium-low and add ½ cup of water. Cook for another 10 to 15 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Internal temperature: 74°C (165°F).
