Veal

Our veal has a tender texture and smooth flavour. Veal can be used in a variety of traditional and modern recipes, so you can unleash your inner chef.  

Ingredients: Veal, product of Ontario.

Each case includes: 40 veal cutlets, 4oz each.  Our veal is vacuum-packed, 1 cutlet per pack.

Cooking Instructions

Defrost overnight in the refrigerator. Keep the packaging sealed while defrosting.

To cook in the oven: Preheat oven to 375°F. Bake for about 15-20 minutes turning over halfway through cooking time.

To cook in a skillet: Pan fry on medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes, flipping once (cooked medium).

Internal temperatures: medium-rare: 63°C (145°F); medium: 71°C (160°F); well-done: 77°C (170°F).

Cooking tips: Veal is great when grilled, roasted, pan-fried, and cooked in a slow cooker.
