Each Case Includes: 36 mild Italian sausages, 4oz each. Our sausages are vacuum-packed, 2 per pack.

Mild Italian Sausages: A Savoury Treat

Our Mild Italian Sausages are a flavourful addition to any meal, and when you add them to your bulk order, they come vacuum packaged for your convenience. These sausages are perfect for grilling, frying, or simmering in your favourite sauces, providing versatility for various culinary creations. With their savoury blend of herbs and spices, our Mild Italian Sausages are sure to become a staple in your kitchen.

Cooking Instructions

Defrost overnight in the refrigerator. Keep the packaging sealed while defrosting.

To cook on the grill: Grill the sausages over med-high direct heat (lid closed). Grill for 8 to 10 minutes, until browned and fully cooked. Turn 4 times while cooking.

To cook in the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F. Place the sausages evenly on a cooking sheet and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

To cook on the skillet: Cook on medium-high heat for 5 to 6 minutes, until browned. Turn often while cooking. Reduce the heat to medium-low and add ½ cup of water. Cook for another 10 to 15 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Internal temperature: 74°C (165°F).

Note: Our mild Italian sausages are made without gluten.
