Cooking Instructions

Defrost overnight in the refrigerator. Keep the packaging sealed while defrosting.

To cook in the skillet: Cook on medium-high heat for 5 to 7 minutes, until golden brown. Turn often while cooking.

Internal temperature: 74°C (165°F).

Cooking tips: Our breakfast sausages make for a protein-packed breakfast and can be cooked in the skillet, oven, or on the grill.
