Pork Tenderloin

Pork tenderloin is a tender, lean, and thinly sliced cut of pork. It’s delicious when seared, grilled, roasted, or added to stir fries! 

Ingredients: Pork, product of Ontario. 

Each case includes: 12 pork tenderloins, 1 lb average each.  Our pork tenderloins are vacuum-packed, 1 tenderloin per pack.

Cooking Instructions

Defrost overnight in the refrigerator. Keep the packaging sealed while defrosting.

To cook on the grill: Preheat the BBQ to high for at least 10 minutes. Reduce to medium-high just before grilling. Cook your pork tenderloin for 5 minutes on all sides, for a total for 15 to 20 minutes until an internal temperature of 68°C (155°F) is reached. Remove from heat and let rest under tinfoil for 5 minutes.

To cook in the oven: Heat the oven to 190°C (375°F). Cook your pork tenderloin for 25 to 30 minutes, until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 71°F (160°F).

Internal temperature: 71°C (160°F).
