Pork Loin Chops

Our pork loin chops are great to grill, broil, or pan fry! The loin is the leanest and most tender pork cut, so they’re quicker to cook. 

Ingredients: Pork, product of Ontario. 

Each case includes: 24 pork loin chops, 6oz each.  Our pork loin chops are vacuum-packed, 1 chop per pack.

Cooking Instructions

Defrost overnight in the refrigerator. Keep the packaging sealed while defrosting.

To cook on the grill: Cook for 3 to 5 minutes per side, until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 71°C (160°F).

To cook in the slow cooker: Cook the pork in a skillet and lightly brown each side. Then transfer the pork to the slow cooker. Pour in some chicken broth, and cover and cook on high for 2 to 3 hours or on low for 6 to 8 hours.

To cook in the oven: In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium high-heat and brown pork chops on both sides. Add to a baking sheet and roast for 10 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 71°C (160°F). Allow pork to rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Internal temperature: 71°C (160°F).
