Pork Loin Chops

Our pork loin chops are great to grill, broil, or pan fry! The loin is the leanest and most tender pork cut, so they’re quicker to cook. 

Ingredients: Pork, product of Ontario. 

Each case includes: 20 pork loin chops, 6oz each.  Our pork loin chops are vacuum-packed, 1 chop per pack.

Cooking Instructions

Defrost overnight in the refrigerator. Keep the packaging sealed while defrosting.

To cook on the grill: Preheat the BBQ to 500°F. Reduce to medium-high just before grilling. Cook for 4 minutes per side, until the pork, reaches an internal temperature of 155°F.

To cook in the slow cooker: Cook the pork in a skillet and lightly brown each side. Then transfer the pork to the slow cooker. Pour in some chicken broth, and cover and cook on high for 2 to 3 hours or on low for 6 to 8 hours.

To cook in the oven: Pre-heat oven to 325°F. Bake pork chops in the oven for 30 minutes, flipping at the 15-minute mark, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F. Allow pork to rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Internal temperature: 71°C (160°F).
