Boneless Pork Chops

Boneless pork chops can be cooked and seasoned a variety of ways, so mealtime never feels boring! They’re a versatile and lean choice for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients: Pork, product of Ontario. 

Each case includes: 20 boneless pork chops, 6oz each.  Our boneless pork chops are vacuum-packed, 1 chop per pack.

Cooking Instructions

Defrost overnight in the refrigerator. Keep the packaging sealed while defrosting.

To cook on the grill: Place pork chops on grill over medium heat. Cook 15 to 20 minutes, turning once until meat thermometer inserted in center reads 145°F.

To cook in the oven: Roast at 425°F for 15 - 20 minutes or until the pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145°F. Allow pork to rest for 5 minutes before serving.

To cook in a skillet: Add about 2 Tbsp of oil to the pan. Cook on medium-high heat until shimmering. Cook pork chops in oil about 4 minutes on each side, or until the pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145°F.

Internal temperature: 145°F (med rare) - 160°F (well done).

Cooking tips: Can be cooked on the grill, or in the oven or skillet. Delicious on their own or season as desired with salt and pepper, and your favourite herbs and spices.
