Cooking Instructions
Defrost overnight in the refrigerator. Keep the packaging sealed while defrosting. You can also cook from frozen.
To cook on the BBQ: Heat your grill to medium heat. Grill each side for about 6 minutes. If cooking from frozen: Heat your grill to medium heat. Grill each side for about 12 minutes.
Pan Fry: Preheat your skillet on medium heat with a little oil. Once the pan is hot, cook burgers for 6-8 minutes per side. If cooking from frozen: Add frozen burgers to the skillet, cover, and cook 8-10 minutes on the first side. Uncover and cook 8-10 on the second side.
Internal temperature: 71°C (160°F).
