Beef Meatballs

Our beef meatballs are a versatile addition to a variety of meals! Whether you want to add them to pasta or serve a plate of them on their own, our beef meat balls are loved by kids and adults.

Ingredients: Beef (product of Ontario), veal, water, eggs, breadcrumbs (enriched wheat flour, sodium bicarbonate), salt, spices, garlic, herbs

Each case includes: 160 beef meatballs, 1oz each (4 bags with 40 meatballs per bag). Our beef meat balls are vacuum-packed.

Cooking Instructions

Defrost overnight in the refrigerator. Keep the packaging sealed while defrosting.

To cook in the oven: Heat oven to 400°F. Line 13x9 inch pan with foil and spray it with cooking spray. Bake meatballs uncovered 18 to 22 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F and the meatballs are no longer pink in the centre.

To cook in a skillet: Heat oil in a skillet on medium-high heat. When hot and the oil is shimmering, work in batches to add the meatballs and cook on all sides until fully browned through. Remove the meatballs from the pan with a slotted spoon.

Internal temperature: 71°C (160°F).
