Honey Garlic Turkey Sausages

What’s for brunch? How about our honey garlic turkey sausages! Made with real honey, these sausages will be a family favourite.

Ingredients: Turkey (product of Ontario), water, salt, real honey, garlic, sodium phosphate.

Each case includes: 32 honey garlic sausages, 4oz each. Our sausages are vacuum-packed, 2 sausages per pack.

Cooking Instructions

Defrost overnight in the refrigerator. Keep the packaging sealed while defrosting.

To cook on the BBQ: Grill the turkey sausages over direct heat (lid closed). Cook until browned and fully cooked (about 8 to 10 minutes). Turn 4 times while cooking.

To cook in the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F. Place the turkey sausages evenly on a cooking sheet. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until an internal temperature of 74°F (165°C) is reached.

To cook in the skillet: Cook on medium-high heat for 5 to 6 minutes, until browned. Turn frequently while cooking. Reduce the heat to medium-low and add ½ cup of water. Cook for an additional 10 to 15 minutes, or until an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F) is reached.
