Ground Chicken

Ground chicken is a healthy and tasty alternative to ground beef. It’s perfect for pasta, slow cooker recipes, homemade burgers, and more!

Ingredients: Chicken, product of Ontario. 

Each case includes: 20 packages of ground chicken, 1 lb each. Our ground chicken is vacuum-packed.


Cooking Instructions

Defrost overnight in the refrigerator. Keep the packaging sealed while defrosting.

To cook in the skillet: Coat your skillet with cooking spray. Add the ground chicken and season with garlic powder, onion powder, or other seasonings as desired. Cook over medium heat. Saute for 5 to 10 minutes, until the ground chicken is no longer pink.

Internal temperature: 74°C (165°F).

Cooking tips: When cooking foods like meatballs and meatloaf, ensure the internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F).
