Ground Turkey

Ingredients: Turkey (product of Ontario), All white meat. 

Each case includes: 18 packs of ground turkey, 1 lb each. Our ground turkey is vacuum-packed.

Cooking Instructions

Defrost overnight in the refrigerator. Keep the packaging sealed while defrosting.

To cook in the skillet: Drizzle your skillet with a bit of olive oil and add the ground turkey. Cook on medium-high heat. Using a spatula, turn the ground turkey as it cooks. Cook 5 - 10 minutes, until the meat turns white and is no longer pink.

Internal temperature: 74°C (165°F).
