Breaded Lemon Pepper Cod Fillets

Natural-cut cod fillets with tangy lemon and savoury pepper in a toasted crumb breading. Our breaded lemon pepper cod fillets are a quick and easy menu option. They’re a source of omega-3 fatty acids, and have no added hydrogenated oil. They’re low in saturated fat and have no trans fat.

Ingredients: Cod fish fillets, toasted wheat crumbs, water, flour (wheat, corn, soy), modified starch (corn, seasonings (spices, onion), flavour (lemon, butter, [milk]), baking powder, sodium phosphate, autolyzed yeast extract, salt, colour (caramel, paprika, annotto, turmeric, citric acid, guar gum, sugar, lecithin (soya). Browned in canola oil.

Each case includes: 50 breaded lemon pepper cod fillets, 4oz each. Our cod fillets are quick-frozen.


Cooking Instructions

Keep frozen until ready to use. Do not refreeze if thawed.

To cook in the oven: Place single layer of frozen fillets on a shallow baking pan. Cook in preheated 425°F (220°C) oven for 20 minutes or until done. Let sit for 2 minutes before serving.
