Delicious flaky batter coats these premium filet cuts. Our battered haddock filets are a source of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, and they have no added hydrogenated oil. They’re low in saturated fat and have no trans fat.
Ingredients: Haddock fish filets, water, flour (wheat, corn, soy), toasted wheat crumbs, modified starch (corn), vegetable oil (modified palm sunflower), sugar, salt, baking powder, sodium phosphate, modified milk ingredients, spices, guar gum. Browned in canola oil.Each case includes: 40 battered haddock loins, 4oz each. Our battered haddock filets are quick-frozen.

Cooking Instructions

Keep frozen until ready to use. Do not refreeze if thawed.

To cook in the deep fryer: Immerse frozen filets in preheated 350°F (180°C) oil for about 6-7 minutes or until golden brown.

To cook in the oven: Place single layer of frozen filets on a greased baking pan. Cook in preheated 425°F (220°C) oven for 18-20 minutes. Turn once during cooking.
