Haddock filets are low in saturated fat, free of trans fat, and are an excellent source of protein. They are vacuum packed to seal in the freshness.
Ingredients: Wild Caught Atlantic Haddock fish filets Each case includes: 40 haddock filets, 4oz each. Our filets are indivudually vacuum-packed.

Cooking Instructions

For best results, cook from frozen. Do not refreeze if thawed.

To cook in the oven: Bake in a preheated oven 400°F for 10 - 12 minutes, or until haddock flakes easily with a fork.

To cook in a skillet: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; cook the haddock in the hot oil until the fish flakes easily with a fork, about 4 minutes per side. Brush melted butter onto the haddock in the last minute before removing from the skillet. Serve immediately.

To cook on the BBQ: Preheat the grill to medium high; grease the grate well. Evenly coat the haddock with the olive oil and season all over with salt and pepper. Grill for 3 to 5 minutes per side or until marked and fish flakes easily.

Cook from frozen until a minimum internal temperature of 158°F (70°C) is reached.
