For best results, cook from frozen. Do not refreeze if thawed.

To cook in the oven: Bake in a preheated oven 400°F for 15 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.

To cook in a skillet: Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat; cook the salmon in the butter until browned and flaky, about 4 minutes per side.

To cook on the grill: Preheat the grill to medium-high; grease the grate well. Evenly coat the salmon with the olive oil and season all over with salt and pepper. Grill for 3 to 5 minutes per side or until marked and fish flakes easily.

Cook from frozen until a minimum internal temperature of 158°F (70°C) is reached.
