  • Raised on small family-run farms in Haldimand County, which is known for its tranquil landscape.
  • They spend their days roaming freely on lush green pastures during the spring, summer, and fall, and in the winter they’re fed hay.
  • The cattle are raised with no added hormones and are antibiotic-free. They are grass-fed for 2 years and are finished on mixed grains for 100 days to ensure that the meat is perfectly marbled and tender.
  • The cattle breeds are Hereford and Angus.
  • The cattle is hand-picked to meet our requirements.
  • Product is aged in a state-of-the-art production facility, then custom cut and vacuum packed.

Free-Run Chicken

  • The chickens are free-run and raised on farms in Harriston, Ontario.
  • Product is air chilled and grade A.
  • The chickens are able to freely move around outside or within a climate-controlled barn. Cages are not permitted and their environment ensures an ample amount of room to grow.
  • They’re given fresh water and fed a vegetarian diet of grains and minerals.
  • The chickens are free of added hormones and antibiotics.
  • The chicken breed is White Rock.

Pasture-Raised Pork

  • Pasture-Raised Pork
  • The pork is raised on Mennonite farms in Wallenstein, Ontario.
  • The pork breed is Duroc.
  • Duroc pigs are a heritage breed known for being leaner and extremely tender.
  • The pigs are free to roam as they choose, and are fed a diet of corn and soybean.
  • They’re free of added hormones and are antibiotic-free.

"This is the second year we've placed an order with Farmway Foods. These are my thoughts. The meats are all excellent quality. I'm saving 100 to 150 dollars a week on the purchase of groceries.
